    • Pre-conditions:
      1. User should be logged in. 2. User should have CREATE_TOPIC permission.

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Click on "Start Discussion" button. Expected result: the form for filling in is open.
      2. Fill in only Message Content field and press "Send". Expected result: error message "Length must be between 1 and 120 symbols" appears. Actual result: error message "Size must be between 1 and 120" appears.
