Clicking JTalks logo redirects to external site instead of forum homepage

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open JCommune forum: https://jcommune.jtalks.org
2. Click the "JTalks" logo in the top-left corner.

Expected Result:

• The user is redirected to the homepage of the forum.

Actual Result:

• The user is redirected to an external site (http://jtalks.org), leaving the forum.

Impact:

• It disrupts user flow and may log the user out of the forum session unexpectedly.
• It creates confusion because it behaves differently from typical logo navigation behavior.
