      Steps to reproduce

      1. Open forum main page
      2. Set up English language.
      3. Set up cursor onto next fields: "Continuous Integration", "QA Wiki", "google", image of monkey & look tooltips.
      4. Change language to Ukrainian.
      5. Set up cursor onto next fields: "Continuous Integration", "QA Wiki", "google", image of monkey & look tooltips.

      Actual Result. All tooltips are stayed the same.
      Expected Result: All tooltips were changed their language.
