      Description

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Login and open question page (for ex. http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/topics/question/9110)
      2. Click the upper arrow-button below the user picture
      3. Observe the votes counter

      AR: The value hasn’t changed (see screenshot)
      ER: The value has changed from 0 to 1

      the same issue can be reproduced with "down" button
