      Description

      Steps:

      1. Sign in
      2. Create topic in the branch where we have permissions to move our topic
      3. Press "Move" button
      4. In window "Move topic" press "Move" button, before list of branches is load.

      Actual Result : Show the server error message
      Expected Result : Show notification message "You should choose a branch before move"
