Search: impossible to find data in languages different from Russian and English

Steps to reproduce:

1. create topic in branch with title and content not in english or not in russian languages (e.c. "bügün" and message content "bügün bügün bügün")
2. copy word from title of topic and past in field Search Click search

Actual Result: there is no topic with our title word (bügün) in search result
Expected Result: search results shows first topic with our title ( "bügün") and after other looks like results
