Headings and subtitles on website are not translated when the language is English

Headings and subtitles are not translated to English when the language is switched to English. It applies to the main page and other pages.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/
2. Switch the language on English in drop-down menu in the right upper corner of the page

Expected result:
All headings and subtitles are translated to English.

Actual result:
Headings and subtitles wich where created in Russian weren't translated.
