Error message shows different text when you try to upload big images into Jcommute Profile Avatar

Steps to Reproduce: available only to registered users
1. Sign in Jcoomune. (http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/) , using English localization
3. Go to your Profile page.
4. Click "Upload" and choose any image, which size is >16 Mb, then try image which size is ~1,5 Mb
Result: For >16 Mb image message is " File is too large"
For ~1,5 Mb image message is " File is too large. Maximum image size is 51,200 bytes."
Expected Result*: Error Messages should be the same, if file is bigger than 51,200 bytes: "File is too large. Maximum image size is 51,200 bytes."
