Image is not centered by using the [center] command.

Step Description

1. Open "topic creation" form, fill in the "Topic Title" field with valid data.
2. Click the button "Insert image" and enter a valid link to the image and type a text (ex. "Happy New Year")(https://cdn.dribbble.com/users/1821299/screenshots/5736892/attachments/1238830/___2.png, Happy New Year), select all and press the "center align" button.
3. Click "Save".
