Saving data that have the wrong format in the contacts tab

Precondition

open as a logged in user in the contacts tab in the forum profile

Steps to reproduce

1. select the contact data type from the drop-down list (for ex. - telephone)
2. enter data in the input field not in the format specified in the prompt

(for eх. - hello!) 

1. click on the button to save changes

Actual result 

in the field data of inappropriate format is stored

Expected result

In the field data of inappropriate format is not stored. Error message comes out
