      Description

      How to reproduce:
      1. Start to create topic, uncheck "Notify me about the answer"
      2. Save Topic
      Check through DB that user is not subscribed
      3. Start to edit Topic

      AR: Checkbox is checked

      ER: Checkbox is not checked
