      Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. Open and login forum.
      2. Create new topic and check the checkbox 'Notify me about the answer'.
      3. Answer in the new topic.
      4. Check the checkbox 'Notify me about the answer'.

      AR: Checkbox is off.
      ER: Checkbox is on.
