Quick Answer

As a user I'd like to see a thread (topic and all posts, that was before I clicked 'Answer') when I leave a post in a topic.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Answer button should be removed from the top
• An open area should be rendered at the bottom of the topic page where user can write text
• The area should be shown on every page of the topic. BB codes should be rendered as on current Answer page.
• The area should be shown under the pagination
• Answer and Preview buttons should be shown directly under text area
• Preview button reload the answer with applied styles.
• Moderating buttons should stay on the same place, on the same level as pagination buttons
• Quote should add the quoted text to the end of the text area
• If there are now CREATE_POST permissions, user won't see the area
