Change language during validation errors in PM causes error 500

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Sign in
      2. Go to personal messages
      3. Start creating a new personal message, but leave all fields empty
      4. Submit the form, you should get validation errors
      5. Change the language

      Actual Results: Error 500
      Expected Result: Language is changed, the form is empty as it was
