      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Create topic1
      2. Create topic2
      3. Update topic1's description

      AR: topic1 will be first in the branch
      ER: modification date does not affect sorting, thus topic2 should be the upper one.

      Pages to test: Branch Page, Recent Activity, Topics Without Answer.
