      Description

      As a user I'd like to be able to subscribe to the Code Review comments so that I can see possible answers to my comments

      High-level Acceptance Tests:

      • Given I pressed Subscribe link, I get notifications if someone leaves a comment to the CR
      • Given I'm a Code Review poster, I'm subscribed to the CR by default
      • Given I'm an admin, I can check/uncheck mail functionality from Poulpe
