Notification link should redirect to the comment in Code Review

      Description

      As a user which gets notification about the new comment to my code in Code Review I'd like to see this comment quickly , without scrolling all the code through and searching for it:

      • Given I clicked on link in notification e-mail , I am redirected to Code Review page and directly to the part of the code with this comment
      • Given the comment was deleted, the notification link should redirect to Code Review page and the beginning of the code
