Recent activity doesn`t display correctly topics with deleted posts

      Description

      Preconditions:
      User1 with View_Posts, Create_Posts, Delete_Posts permissions

      How to reproduce:
      1.Login to Forum as User1
      2. Create Topic1
      3. Create Topic2
      4. Add Answer "test" to Topic1
      5. Delete Answer "test" from Topic1
      6. Click on Recent Activity link
      7. Verify displaying topics in recent activity list

      AR: Topic1 is on top
      ER: Topic2 is on top
