Preconditions:
- find or create a user with a short name, consisting of 1-4 letters (f.ex."12")
- select Russian language
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to the topic, where this user had posted any post
- Move the cursor to the name of the User
Actual Result: the tooltip "Нажмите для просмoтра профиля" is shown cut on the left (see screenshot attached)
Expected Result: the whole tooltip should be seen (as it happens in English and Ukranian languages)
fixed. When text of tooltip does not fit to screen, it add left or right of target element

Test scenario
1. Select Russian language
2. On the Main Forum page choose any branch with more than one line of Moderators (please, see Profile_tooltip 2)
3. Move the cursor to the very left User name on the second line of Moderators list
Expected result: the whole tooltip should be seen (as it happens in English language)
Actual result: Passed

Test results: This Issue can be closed.
But During the testing was found a Bug described in issue JC-1321 "Click to view profile" tooltip is shown on a wrong place in Moderators list".
