"Create a plane discussion..." tooltip is cut on the left side

Precondition:
Select English language

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any branch
2. Move the cursor to "New Topic" button

Actual Result: the tooltip "Create a plane discussion if you have a question to ask or a topic to discuss" is shown cut on the left (see screenshot attached)
Expected Result: the whole tooltip should be seen
