"Нажмите для просмoтра профиля" tooltip is cut on the left side

      Description

      Preconditions:

      • find or create a user with a short name, consisting of 1-4 letters (f.ex."12")
      • select Russian language

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Go to the topic, where this user had posted any post
      2. Move the cursor to the name of the User

      Actual Result: the tooltip "Нажмите для просмoтра профиля" is shown cut on the left (see screenshot attached)
      Expected Result: the whole tooltip should be seen (as it happens in English and Ukranian languages)

              fixed. When text of tooltip does not fit to screen, it add left or right of target element
