BB-codes should be inserted with dummy text between them

      Description

      While adding BB-codes, the whole bb-code becomes selected. Instead we should insert a bb-codes and place dummy text 'insert your text here' between them. This text should be selected so that user should not move cursor and just type text she wants. Example:
      At the moment when we press on some bb-code: [b][/b]
      Expected when we press on some bb-code: [b]enter text here[/b]
