      Description

      To be consistent with other dialog and to fix bugs, it will be great to rewrite the Delete Inbox Message dialog

      Existing bug:
      There is no focus in the Delete Inbox Message dialog

      Preconditions User1 should have SEND_PRIVATE_MESSAGE personal permission

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Sing In for User1
      2. Send Private Message for User2
      3. Sing In for User2
      4. Choose inbox message and click Delete
      5. Overview "Remove this message" confirmation dialog

      Actual result: Focus isn't visible

      Expected Result: Focus is visible on default button ("OK" button). And if user presses [Tab] focus is moved in the following order.
