      Description

      Insert Link window should be rewritten to follow the same style as Log In and Register dialogs.

      1. Go to Private Message or Topic posting
      2. Press the bb-code button Insert Link

      You'll see an old-style dialog which we need to change to look similar to Log In and Registration windows.
