Add the ability to enter text link to profile vkontakte, not just ID

      Description

      Test scenario:

      1. Open JCommune and Sign in as a user with EDIT_OWN_PROFILE
      2. Go to profile.
      3. Press Edit button.
      4. Add contact with type "Vkontakte" and Contact value which consists with Latin letters, numbers, "." or "_".
      5. Press OK button again.

      AR: Contact isn't added with error message. Look on screenshot

      ER: The contact will add successfully.

      Node: Look on screenshot, there displayed allowed characters which may used in profile link of vk.

            It's not a main problem for users. If users will want to have this feature in future, then do it

            I's say we can remove all validation rules (quantity of symbols for example) and just add the icons for known resources after saving the contact.

            I'm fine with that. Should we have a single task for all contact types? I'd make a single change for all contacts

            Stanislav Bashkyrtsev that's I forgot to mention in my previous comment yes, if we have no special rules for different contact types, so we do not need the different items in drop-down menu BTW, will be great to set an icon to known contact types
