      Steps to reproduce
      1. User1 creates Topic1 and subscribes to it.
      2. User1 has English language in profile.
      3. User2 moves Topic1 to another branch.

      Actual result
      User1 receives email notification "Topic was moved to another brunch"

      Expected result
      User1 receives email notification "Topic was moved to another branch"
      (brunch->branch)
