[~alica_kalashnikova], it probably relates to JC-1263. Those changes were rolled back and now changing language should work as usual. Note, that you need to change it in profile, not in the header in order to take effect.

The latest changes are not on UAT yet. I'll ping you when they get there.

I don't know that it was about localization in user's profile.
And don't notice that error was in text, I thought that it was about links.
English text is ok, but in ukrain - error is not fixed, see screenshot
