At the installed plugins button 'Save' has incorrect design on moving focus on it

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. At the forum go to the page with installed plugins
      2. Move focus on the button 'Save'

      Actual result: Nothing happened,
      Expected result: Color of the button should be changed (See the video in a attachment)
