Enable plugin right after pressing checkbox

      Description

      On the page with plugin list the Save button should get removed and instead of that when pressing Checkbox - the plugin should get activated automatically.
      A green popup should be shown indicating that plugin was activated successfully.
      The case when plugin raised errors should be considered in scope of JC-1590
