Plugins activation errors

As an Admin I'd like to see errors if they were raised by plugin during activation so that I know whether it got enabled or not and why it didn't

Acceptance Criteria:

• When Admin enables plugin it should either start or be in error. Errorred plugin should get highlighted with red.
• When the mouse is over that plugin, button Activation Error Log should be shown
• By pressing the button we should see a window with the error that was raised by plugin during activation.
• The log should not get cleaned if Admin tried to activate the plugin again, but additional error should be shown in the log.
• Max 100 errors should be shown in the log, 101th should get removed.
• Error log should get completely erased when:
  • The app is restarted
  • When pressing Clear Logs inside of the dialog
