Incorrect displaying of post list (connected to VIEW_TOPIC)

Preconditions
User1 has VIEW_TOPIC permission for Branch1
User1 hasn't VIEW_TOPIC permission for Branch2
User2 has 16 posts only in Branch2
User1 page size is 15 posts per page

Steps to reproduce
1. User1 goes to User2 post list

Actual result
User1 sees empty page and navigation to second page
Second page is also empty

Expected result
User1 should see only one empty page without any links to others pages

Note
It is simplified scenario.
Cases when posts from hidden branches are in the middle of post list also should be fixed.
Also now page can have less then %posts_per_page% posts on page because of posts from hidden branches,
