Hide posts from braches without VIEW_TOPICS permission in user's post list

      Description

      If user doesn't have VIEW_TOPICS permission for branch, posts from those branches should not be shown in User Profile->Post list. This is applicable for both cases: when user is the author of the post and when someone else is the author.
