Preconditions:

Steps:
1. Go to branch
2. Press create topic button
3. Press save button
Following error messages appears:

size must be between 2 and 20000
may not be empty

4. Refresh the page

AR: Error text under empty message is shown in different order than after step#3,

may not be empty
size must be between 2 and 20000

ER: Error text is stable and do not change after refreshing (should be the same as after step#3)

size must be between 2 and 20000
may not be empty
