Max length is not defined for Contact Value field

1. Go to Forum, open Profile->Contacts
2. Press "Add contact" button and select contact type Mail/Jabber/Facebook/Twitter/Google+/Vkontakte/Odnoklassniki/Livejournal/Tumblr/Blogger/AIM/YIM/MSN
3. Enter contact containing more 51 characters
4. Press "Save" button

Actual result: Mail/Jabber/Facebook/Twitter/Google+/Vkontakte/Odnoklassniki/Livejournal/Tumblr/Blogger/AIM/YIM/MSN is added

Expected result: Error message should appear.
Eng: «Please enter valid contact»
Rus: «Пожалуйста введите корректный контакт»
Ukr: «Будь ласка введiть коректний контакт»
Max length of Mail/Jabber/Facebook/Twitter/Google+/Vkontakte/Odnoklassniki/Livejournal/Tumblr/Blogger/AIM/YIM/MSN contacts should be 50 (see related issue JC-1123)
