UI: optimize UI for resized windows

      Description

      Change the UI of the topic list (according to discussion):

      1. Width of "Last message" column should be decreased (till text will have two rows)
      2. Width of "Topic" column (and "Branch" column if exists) should be decreased.

      Affected pages:

      • branch
      • recent activity
      • topics without answers
      • search result

      are shown below in table as expected.
