Change "registration" and "forgot password" messages if 'Email notification' disabled in Poulpe

In urgent situation - when user registers or forgot password, if notification in Poulpe is disabled, he should see non-standart message, like 'Sending mail failed, please try again later or contact the administration'
So, in this case, we need to change messages
'Email has been sent, please check your inbox for the new password.' and
'A message with activation link was sent to the specified e-mail.'
