"null" section appears in the Pouple section list after running sample-forum.sql

Preconditions:
Empty <database>.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Deploy JC and configure it to use <database>.
2. Deploy POULPE and configure it to use the same <database>.
3. Run sample-forum.sql against <database>.
Actual result: The first section in the Poulpe section list named "null" and have no branches.
Expected result: Probably we shoud have "People" section instead.

That also hapens if deploy POULPE first and then deploy JC.

In the SECTIONS table in DB two sections (People and Leisure) share the SAME position value (9). That probably hinders displaying them both right.
