New admin users and moderators highlighting delay at the main page/branch

      Description

      There is no highlighting for users just added to Administrators group or Moderators groups. Highlighting possible to see after 1 hour at qa instance, after 1,5-48 hours at preprod instance.

      Steps to reproduce (for admin user):

      1. login as registered user without admin privileges in to JCommune.
      2. open poulpe and add user to administrators group
      3. return to JCommune and refresh page

      AR: Administrators menu available for user, in bottom of the main page/branch username is not highlighting with red  
      ER: Administrators menu available for user, in bottom of the main page/branch username is highlighting with red
