Remove validation from contacts

Two reasons to remove validation:

• People usually copy-paste their contacts and even if they make typo, there is no much of harm
• There can be many formats of URLs on the same resources - it adds more and more complexity which seems unnecessary.

Acceptance Criteria:

• When choosing a particular Contact Type I should be able to put anything into the input field. E.g. if it's a URL I can simply put "blah" and no validation will happen.
• The only constraint should be 255 symbols max.
• In case contact is too large when looking at it on the UI, it should end with "..." and the rest of the contact should not be shown. But it still should be clickable.
