Incorrect format email address can be added to User's contacts list

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to JCommune as User with Administrator rights
2. Go to any User's profile page (e.g. [http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/users/6599/contacts|user profile])
3. Click on 'Add more...' button
4. Choose 'Mail' from drop down menu items
5. Type in into email text field email with incorrect email address (e. g. 'test@')
6. Click on 'Save Changes' button

Actual result: Incorrect email address was saved to User's contact list
Expected result: Email text field should have validation for incorrect email addresses
