Password recovery Email text field doesn't have validation for invalid email format

Preconditions:
1. Open http://qa.jtalks.org/jcommune/ in web browser

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on 'Sign in' button
2. Click on 'Forgot password?' link on appeared pop up web form
3. Click on 'Send' button while 'Email' text field is empty
4. Type in some invalid email address into 'Email' text field
5. Click on 'Send' button

Actual result: "No user was found for this e-mail" error text string appeared under 'Email' text field while 'Email' text field was empty or with typed in invalid email address

Expected result: 'Email' text field should have validation for emptiness and for invalid email address entered.
