      Description

      Registered user can create voting only in his/her first post in topic.
      Near the textarea for post there are some filds to create voting.
      If user wants to create voting he/she needs to fill all fields needed for voting.
      Voting will be created in the user's post if user filled vote title and list of Items contains at least 1 item.
      Vote title - Title of voting. It's length should be between 3 and 120 characters including. By default it is empty.
      Items - list of items. Each line in list is one item in voting. Item's length should be between 3 and 50 characters including. By default it is empty.
      Type switch - Voting could be single or multiple. By default single is checked.
      Vote till - It's datepeacker. By default it is empty.
