PM icon in post is broken

1. Do not log in (Log out if you're logged in already)
2. Open any topic
3. Pay attention to the user info block under the avatar in any post

AR: PM icon is visible and available for click
ER: there should be no PM icon for guest users

2. Open any topic
3. Click on PM icon in any post (under the avatar)

AR: nothing happens
ER: new PM form with substituted user name should open

Implementation Note: suitable controller already exists, so it's a matter of JSP only
