      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Log in to the forum
      2. Create new topic
      3. Click on PM button, situated under Userinfo block and avatar on your post

      AR: 'Create PM' window will be opened with your username in address bar.
      ER: PM button should be inactive in order to prevent sending PM to your self.
