      Description

      1. Log in to the forum
      2. Go to Messages field
      3. Press New Message button
      4. Fill out New Message form
      5. Press Save button
      6. Go to Drafts
      7. Click on Draft subject

      AR: Error Message: "Access denied. You don`t have enough privileges to access
      ER: Draft should open
