ACL should be based on OID keywords, not on class names of entities

      Description

      Since Poulpe stores Object Identities with its classes (PoulpeBranch) and JCommune reads them with its own classes (JCBranch), we need to base on keywords (like BRANCH) instead of using class names. Which means that in @PreAuthorize we need to write something like "hasPermissions(BRANCH)".
