Sections and Branches organization

      Description

      The page with sections and branches should look like:

      1. The sections are the highest element in the tree and then contain branches as leaves.
      2. Branches can be draggable and droppable both inside one section and betwixt different sections
      3. Sections also should be draggable and droppable
      4. To add a new section a single button Add Section should be placed on top of all sections and below all of sections
      5. To add a new branch, an Add Branch button should be placed near section name

      Note, that this story includes moving from MVP to MVVM model of ZK.
