The page with sections and branches should look like:
- The sections are the highest element in the tree and then contain branches as leaves.
- Branches can be draggable and droppable both inside one section and betwixt different sections
- Sections also should be draggable and droppable
- To add a new section a single button Add Section should be placed on top of all sections and below all of sections
- To add a new branch, an Add Branch button should be placed near section name
Note, that this story includes moving from MVP to MVVM model of ZK.
