Add Expand tree button to Forum Structure section.

      Description

      Open JCommune > Forum Structure, you can see sections tree, if you wants to see expanded tree, you must open every node one by one, this isn't cose. Add button/checkbox, witch will expand this tree.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      • The button Expand All is located near Create Section button.
      • After pressing the button, all the sections should be expanded
      • If some sections were expanded already and user presses the button, all other sections should be expanded

      No that in scope of this task there is no Collapse All button.
