      Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Login to the Pouple using admin/admin credentials
      2. Navigate to the 'Component List' screen
      3. Try to delete the Forum Component

      Actual: 'Could not execute JDBC batch update; SQL [/* delete org.jtalks.poulpe.model.entity.PoulpeBranch */ delete from BRANCHES where BRANCH_ID=?]; constraint [null]; nested exception is org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: Could not execute JDBC batch update[SQL: 1451, 23000]' messahe appears.
      Expected: Forum Component was deleted successfully.
